The Okanagan Valley in summertime is bustling with activity. Tourists arrive in droves to enjoy what this incredible valley has to offer, and there is much! Our once quiet beaches become filled with the sounds and smells of summer and I find it all rather exciting. Sometimes, though, I want to find a quiet spot to relax. There are smaller beaches that are well known to locals but less so to tourists. These are the places we escape to for an evening swim and more often than not we meet our friends there doing the same.
