March 13, 2013Relaxing in the Evening

I have to admit I’ve felt burnt out these last few days. It could be the time change (I wish they would stop that) or the 5km race I did (and survived to tell) or that my little children have endless energy (and I don’t). Actually, I’m surprised that I’m still typing somewhat coherent sentences after such a crazy day, albeit with many brackets. Either way, the last couple evenings I’ve been comforting myself with these, which are delicious, and not feeling a bit guilty about it. After all I took on water conservation for Lent and chocolate was never part of the discussion.

Evening is my time to relax, catch up on the happenings of the world (it was black smoke), knit Teddy’s sweater, read or watch another episode of the painfully addicting Korean drama King of Baking (on US Netflix). I don’t have much else to share, and time is ticking on so I best get back to those activities!
